Delivery and Shipping
Generally, orders will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt of payment or arrangement of acceptable terms. Often they will ship faster. Expedited order processing may be available, at Zerowait’s discretion, depending on the content of the order. If a customer wishes for an order to ship the same day, we will require all conditions for shipping (prepayment, etc.) to be met by 2:30 PM Eastern US time. An expedite charge of $25.00 may be applied to the order. Actual shipping charges will apply and will be added to the final invoice. No overseas orders will be accepted from this online store. If you need delivery to a non-US location, please contact our Sales Team at sales@zerowait.com.
Warranties and Returns
All new equipment sold by Zerowait comes with the standard Manufacturer warranties and support programs. Zerowait certified pre-owned, used, or off-lease equipment is sold with our standard 30 day Depot Warranty. Within 30 days of purchase, if the equipment is defective, you may return it for replacement or refund. Zerowait Parts Assurance (ZPA) policies are available to extend the warranty to a full year and are available in annual or monthly payment plans.
